I love anything active, especially if it’s outside. Coffee and ice cream are the two things that reliably make me happy. I also enjoy traveling, exploring local food scenes, and playing board games. Mostly, I love spending time with my husband and our crazy families.

Why Fresno?

The clinical training here is outstanding and I trusted without a doubt that I would finish residency prepared for anything. Also, I grew up in Fresno and think it’s a truly special place. The people are diverse and hard-working, yet severely underserved. We have real purpose here, and that is something that I think will make the long hours of residency worth it. Fresno is a great place to live – it’s affordable, the weather is great (most of the time), we make delicious produce, and the mountains and beach make for easy day trips. Also, shout out to having strong and kind women in leadership!
