Hobbies, fun facts and interests
I’m a lover of all things water, and I grew up swimming, surfing, fishing, diving, tide pooling, etc., any chance I got. Fortunately for my wife, who is still learning to be a water creature, I enjoy spending time in the mountains, too – we actually got engaged climbing a big wall in Yosemite! My love language is cooking and baking. So, like every good millennial worth their salt, I spent my shelter-in-place time perfecting my sourdough bread (my starter’s name is Bubbles).

Why Fresno?
I chose Fresno because I knew it was a place where I could become the best emergency medicine physician I could be and still have opportunities to explore my interests in research, toxicology, EMS, and wilderness medicine. I left my interview day knowing that Fresno was the right place for me.
