Why This Program: I wanted to join this program because when interviewing here I felt like that program will train me to be great family physician of practicing broad spectrum in a friendly and safe environment capable. The faculty and fellow residents were so welcoming and approachable making me feel right at home. Being in this program now, I can truly say that what I felt at my interview was genuine. In addition, this program provided me with the unique opportunity to be in the center of California; close to family in LA and close to my husband in SF. Also, we have Yosemite and Sequoia national park close by. Most importantly, at this program I am able to serve the most undeserved people in CA. These people often fall through cracks in our healthcare system and to help make a difference in their lives is really important to me. 

Interests Within Family Medicine:  Nutrition, Exercise Medicine, Preventative Medicine, OMT

Hobbies and Interests: Playing volleyball, Reading fantasy novels, Trying new food, Cooking, watching anime, spending time with family and friends​
