Why did you choose OBGYN?

I chose OB GYN because I love the continuity in women’s health. I love taking care of patients throughout their reproductive lives and I am humbled by the privilege of being their clinician and surgeon. My special interests include expanding reproductive health access to underserved communities and using evidence based medicine to decrease health disparities in the Central Valley.

Why do OBGYN at UCSF Fresno?

Fresno is an incredibly diverse area comprising many communities with unique GYN and Obstetric care needs. I am thrilled to be training within a program that offers amazing learning experiences as well as the opportunity to build long lasting relationships with my patients. UCSF Fresno provides an excellent fast-paced and challenging training environment to shape residents into outstanding clinicians for the Valley and beyond.

Hobbies/Facts/Interest

I am originally from Connecticut and have lived in San Francisco and most recently in Burlington, Vermont. I love spending time with my daughter hiking, camping, and exploring the Sierras. When I am not at the hospital or in the woods you can find me visiting orchid greenhouses and playing with my Boston terrier, Adelaide.
