Why This Program: I enjoyed my interview day and felt I had great interactions with faculty and residents. I wanted to do training away from my home state, but still somewhat close to family. Medical Spanish has always been a goal of mine, in which training here will provide numerous opportunities. The proximity to Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks is also a plus.

Interests Within Family Medicine: Global Medicine, Health and Wellness, OMT, Outpatient Medicine

Hobbies and Interests: PC gaming, Outdoor activities (hiking, fishing, snowboarding), bouldering, traveling, exploring different food venues (ramen, sushi, boba, kbbq, cafes)
