The state-of-the-art UCSF Fresno Center for Medical Education and Research is home to the UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program. When it opened in 2005, the three-story, 82,000 square-foot facility consolidated the residency programs and administrative staff of UCSF Fresno together under one roof for the first time in the history of the program.

The Center serves as a hub for medical education and research for the entire Central Valley. The high-tech facility features a multi-media auditorium, advanced A/V-supported conference rooms with full teleconferencing services, a digital medical research library, clinical skills laboratories with digital recording capabilities and an outdoor amphitheater.

The physical design of the Center encourages cross-program interaction, which further enhances the ability for faculty and residents to engage in effective research projects. The UCSF Fresno Center plays a pivotal role in the recruitment and retention of top physicians, faculty, and researchers in the Valley.

The UCSF Fresno Center for Medical Education and Research is located at 155 N. Fresno Street (on the corner of Fresno and Divisadero Streets, adjacent to Community Regional Medical Center.
