WHAT TO BRING TO ORIENTATION
You should expect to receive an email prior to orientation from employment.authorization@universityofcalifornia.edu requesting you to electronically complete your Employment Eligibility Verification I-9 Form. Please be sure to complete this request prior to your orientation date.
Additionally, it is extremely important that you bring original unexpired documents with you to orientation on 6/20 (residents), 7/3 (Fellows), and 8/1 (Surg CC Fellows), which establishes both your Identity and Employment Authorization.
Without original documents you will not be hired and will not start training as planned. Please refer to the following list of acceptable documents:
