Housing Information for Visiting Students
UCSF Fresno offers two housing sites: Riverview Garden Apartments and Palazzo at Campus Pointe Apartments. Room assignments are based on availability, gender and on a first come/first serve basis. Please be sure to note on your elective application that you would like to sign up for placement in student housing. To avoid delays in processing your application, be sure to include your check for housing fees made payable to UC Regents – this will ensure your spot is confirmed upon receipt of the fee.
Housing fees are as follows for basic shared or non-shared room accommodations:

Special requests for single room housing arrangements may be accommodated at a higher housing rate (starting around $650). If space is available, a student may request single occupancy through the UME office. Rates will be discussed at the time of the request. Although the student apartments are furnished, only the essential furniture and kitchenware items are provided. More information about what to bring to your student apartment will be available once your elective application is approved. However, you will need to provide your own basic toiletries, bed linens, blanket & pillow, bath towels.
Housing Cancellation Policy:
Refunds for housing must be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the start of the rotation. This is absolutely required to ensure the room can be offered to another student in a timely manner. Students must request a refund in writing via email and provide a current mailing address. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to process the refund if approved.
