STEP 1

Review Course Prerequisites & Contact Site Scheduler to Set Rotation Dates
BOARD SCORES AND TRANSCRIPTS ARE REQUIRED FOR UCSF FRESNO INTERNAL MEDICINE AND EMERGENCY MEDICINE ELECTIVES.  Documentation must be submitted directly to the department via email or fax.  CV AND TRANSCRIPTS ARE REQUIRED FOR UCSF FRESNO PEDIATRICS ELECTIVES.  Documentation must be submitted directly to the department via email or fax.  Department site scheduler contact information can be found at:  http://www.fresno.ucsf.edu/undergrad/contact.htm

NOTE:  Please submit required documentation to the clinical department before capturing tentative rotation dates/submitting the online application.

Complete the On-line Electronic Application
Click on the following link to fill out the Elective Application.  Completing this application will generate a non-refundable processing fee.  By clicking below, UCSF & VSAS students will be directed to a Supplemental Application & Student Profile.  Please click the following link to continue:

STEP 3

Complete the Student Profile     
Once you have received a confirmation email about your Application, you must complete a Student Profile form using the following link:

To check on dates for your rotation, please email the appropriate UCSF Fresno scheduler (listed below). Once you agree upon tentative dates enter the course information (name & course number) into the UCSF Fresno Electronic Application.
