RESIDENTS

Our residents say they are motivated because they have found a place where they can make a real difference for their patients. Most graduates enter private practice and remain involved in critical care and trauma. About 15 percent go on to become faculty members in teaching programs. About one-half of our residents do fellowships in plastic, cardio-thoracic, vascular, colo-rectal, pediatric, critical care and trauma. More than 40 percent of program graduates choose to remain in or return to the great Central San Joaquin Valley.
