Most research is of a clinical nature and participation is strongly encouraged. Our surgical research has been presented at the American Association for Surgery of Trauma, Southwestern Surgical Congress, American Burn Association, Western Trauma Association, Society for Critical Care Medicine and the American College of Surgeons. Residents and faculty participate in research.
