· Applications are available on Monday, January 7, 2008 and
  must be returned by mail by Friday March 7, 2008. No
  faxes accepted.
· Please fill out the application and attach a copy of your high
  school transcript, including the first semester grades of your
  junior year; a copy of your PSAT or SAT scores and a letter of
  recommendation from a teacher or counselor.
· Do not send awards, certificates or any other information not
  requested.
· Answer all of the questions from the application on one 
  page only.
· Please use at least 10-point font, Arial or Times Roman.
· No staples - use a paper clip to attach the papers together.
