ROOM RENTALS FOR PUBLIC EVENTS, MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES
The high-tech UCSF Fresno Center features a multi-media auditorium, computer lab and advanced audio/visual-supported conference rooms to service special events, meetings, seminars and conferences.
Equipped with the latest A/V technology, the facility provides the tools essential to successful meetings and events. A wide variety of rooms can accommodate groups from 10 to 200 and knowledgeable A/V support staff can assist with setup and full technical
support/supervision during events.
All rooms come equipped with built-in front or rear screen LCD Projector, networked desktop PC with LCD monitor, CD/DVD capabilities and various tables/seating configurations. Wireless internet access, USB presentation clickers, laser pointers, document cameras, laptop adaptors and conference phones available upon advanced request.

Other smaller meeting rooms on the second and third floors are also available for rent upon request and can be used or substituted in the event that all rooms on the first floor are fully booked.

**Note: Additional AV support such as VCRs, DVD players, Polycom Conference Phone and Canon Mini DV Camcorder are available by request and can be plugged into the projector via the wall interface in these room

HOW TO RESERVE A ROOM FOR YOUR EVENT
To reserve a room for an event or check room availability, please call the receptionist at (559) 499-6400 or email firstname.lastname@example.org Upon room reservation confirmation, a required A/V request form must be completed and submitted.
Room availability is subject to change. Please note: for events before 8am or after 5pm and on weekends/holidays, required security and parking costs will be added at $50 per hour during weekdays and $75 per hour on weekends/holidays. Security is mandatory for events occurring before or after UCSF Fresno normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) and on all holidays.
For public, non-affiliated organizations, payment for room rentals is due TWO WEEKS prior to your event. An invoice will be sent immediately after your reservation.
BEFORE YOUR EVENT…
For specific A/V or PowerPoint/video needs, please contact Senior A/V Technician Leland Vander Poel at (559) 499-6672 or email email@example.com a few days prior to your event to resolve any possible A/V issues or concerns. An A/V request form must be completed and returned no later than one week prior to the event date. Please contact the receptionist at (559) 499-6400 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with specific room configuration requests. Please provide at least four days advance notice on specific room arrangements. If necessary, catering arrangements should be made separately and directly with vendors in advance of all events.
Event cancellations are permitted up to four (4) days before the actual date of the event at a full 100% refund with no penalties if paid in advance. Cancellations made within three (3) days before the actual event date will be billed or refunded at 50% of actual cost. Same day or one day prior cancellations will be billed at full price and no refund will be issued.
