This site has been developed to assist you in completing requirements to begin your training at UCSF Fresno.  Please follow instructions carefully.  The deadline for receipt of all completed forms and passage of training modules is

 

 

Orientation for residents held in rooms 136 & 137:

Badge Photos:  
Your photo will be taken during ACLS if you attend or on the first day of orientation for all others.  Keep in mind that this photo will follow you throughout your training so please dress accordingly.

 

Contracts:  
Your contract will be mailed separately once your file has been processed. We anticipate mailing of contracts will occur during the week of April 11.

Parking: 
All new housestaff may utilize fenced Parking Lot #10 during ACLS/Orientation. Parking Lot #10 is located behind the UCSF Fresno Center on the corner of Illinois & Howard Street. Click here for map.  After Orientation you will have badge access to the East Medical Plaza Parking Garage, located on Kashian Lane & Wayte St.

 

It is very important that you bring original documents with you to orientation which establishes both your Identity and Employment Authorization.  Please refer to page 5 of the I-9 document for a list of acceptable documents.  Without original documents you will not be hired and will not start training as planned.
