ROOM RENTALS FOR PUBLIC EVENTS, MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES
The UCSF Fresno Center features a hi-tech, multi-media auditorium, a computer lab for training, and advanced A/V-supported conference rooms to service special events, meetings, seminars and conferences. Equipped with the latest Audio/Video technology, our facility can provide the necessary tools to make your event or meeting successful. With a wide variety of rooms that can accommodate groups from 10 to 200,
our knowledgeable A/V support staff can assist with setup and full technical support/supervision during your event.
All rooms come equipped with a projector and/or TV screen for
A/V presentations, a powerpoint-ready computer with full internet access and CD/DVD capabilities and tables/seating arranged to your preference. Wireless internet access, USB presentation clickers, laser pointers, document cameras, laptop adaptors and conference phones available upon advanced request.

Other smaller meeting rooms on the second and third floors are also available for rent upon request and can be used or substituted in the event that all rooms on the first floor are fully booked on the day of your event/meeting. Please contact us for details.
HOW TO RESERVE A ROOM FOR YOUR EVENT
To reserve a room for your event, please call the receptionist at
(559) 499-6400 or email her at email@example.com for room availability on specific date(s) of your event. Once your request is confirmed and reserved, you will be required to fill out and promptly return an official A/V request form, detailing your specific A/V equipment and service needs.
Room availability is subject to change. Please note: for events before 8am or after 5pm and on weekends/holidays, required security and parking costs will be added on at $50 per hour during weekdays and $75 per hour on weekends/holidays. Security is mandatory for events occurring before or after UCSF normal work hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) and on all holidays.
For public, non-affiliated organizations, payment for room rentals is due TWO WEEKS prior to your event. An invoice will be sent immediately after your reservation.
BEFORE YOUR EVENT...
For specific A/V or powerpoint/video needs, please contact Senior A/V Technician, Leland Vander Poel at (559) 499-6672 or email him at firstname.lastname@example.org a few days prior to your event to resolve any possible A/V issues/concerns you may have. An A/V request form should be filled out and sent no later than 1 week prior to your event. If you have a specific layout on how you would like tables and chairs arranged, please contact the receptionist at (559) 499-6400. Please provide at least 4 days advance notice on specific room arrangements. Catering arrangements should be made in advance to your event.
Event cancellations are permitted up to 4 days before the day of your actual event at a full 100% refund (only if paid in advance), with no penalties. Cancellations made within 3 days before the actual date of your event will be billed or refunded at 50% of actual cost. Same day or one day prior cancellations will be billed at full price and no refund will be issued if paid in advance.
