Robert Julian III, DDS, MD, FACS Director of OMFS

Dr. Julian graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 1988 and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Washington Hospital Center in 1992. He graduated with a medical degree from University of Alabama and completed a fellowship in head and neck surgery in 1995.

 

Dr. Julian has worked in the private sector in Fresno, CA, as well as Portland, OR., and now serves as director of the OMFS program located at the Deran Koligian Ambulatory Care Center of Community Medical Centers. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

 


Brian M. Woo, DDS, MD

Dr. Woo earned his doctor of dental surgery degree from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry and his medical degree from Oregon Health and Science University.  He also completed his residency training in general surgery and oral and maxillofacial surgery at Oregon Health and Science University.  After his residency he completed a fellowship in head and neck surgery and microvascular reconstruction at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport.  In addition to head and neck surgery, he also received additional training in craniofacial surgery, cleft lip and palate, and facial cosmetics during his fellowship.  His areas of interest are head and neck cancer, head and neck reconstruction, orthognathic surgery, dental implants, and trauma.

Gerald Alexander, DDS

Dr. Alexander is a graduate of Baylor University. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at then Valley Medical Center in Fresno, CA, and is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.


He maintains a private practice in Fresno and enjoys working with orthognathic and TMJ patients.

 


Thomas E. Bramanti, DDS, PhD


Dr. Bramanti received his DDS degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Dentistry. He trained in the field of periodontology at the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry and then received a National Institute of Dental Research Dentist-Scientist Award. As a dual degree awardee, he completed his periodontology specialty training in San Antonio and received a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Texas School of Biomedical Sciences at San Antonio.  Dr. Bramanti then joined the dental faculty at the University of California San Francisco as an assistant professor in the division of Periodontology in the department of Stomatology.  After moving to Fresno, he completed advanced training in comprehensive reconstruction, occlusion and TMD at the L.D. Pankey Institute.

 

Dr. Bramanti upholds a private practice in Fresno with emphasis on alveolar reconstruction with bone grafting, dental implant based reconstruction and soft tissue esthetics. He also applies a special emphasis upon treating occlusal dysfunction, TMD and facial pain. Dr. Bramanti has been issued two U.S. Patents for inventions related to implant dentistry.

Ardavan Kheradpir, DMD, MD

 

Dr. Kheradpir is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and Louisiana State University School of Medicine. Dr. Kheradpir completed his residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Community Medical Centers- Fresno. Dr. Kheradpir has also completed a preliminary year in General Surgery at Maine Medical Center/Tufts University -Portand, Maine. He is interested in practicing the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
