Information Technology Services (ITS) provides computing and videoconferencing support for the UCSF Fresno program. The facility is housed on the third floor of the UCSF Fresno Center where department staff are available to serve program needs. ITS provides technical support for the programs located at the Center, the affiliated programs located at UC Center, Alzheimer Center and residency programs located at University Medical Center, Veterans Hospital and Children's Hospital Central California.
Three analysts/technicians and a director serve the center. In addition to full computer support, the center assists with database design, web design, special purpose programming, and guidance on computer hardware and software selection. Training courses for popular software is also provided. The office also maintains a videoconferencing network linking University Medical Center, Children's Hospital Central California, Veterans hospital and Selma clinic. Multiple connections to other sites is provided through a video bridge.
