When a request is placed on-line, the appropriate person in charge of your department will provide the support you need and also the request is logged automatically to a database making it easier for us to track.
If web access is not available please email support at fresno.ucsf.edu or call your primary or backup staff member for your area listed below. Also, to provide better support a staff member will be at UMC every Wednesday and atUC-Center every Thursday. Additional days will be provided as needed.
