UCSF FRESNO GLOBAL HEALTH CURRICULUM

The UCSF Fresno Global Health Curriculum was established in 2008 to introduce
medical professionals to various topics and issues in international health. Meetings are generally monthly, with speakers and audience from all of the UCSF Fresno departments. Some meetings feature the experiences of a faculty member or resident who has recently returned from an international health trip.
A Global Health Curriculum Certificate is awarded each June to residents attending at
least 60% of meetings. There is also an annual resident Global Health Curriculum Travel Grant of $1000, which is awarded each spring on the basis of an additional global health
scholarly project. Advising for international rotations is available, based on geographic or medical areas of interest.
CME Credit application through Community Medical Centers pending.
Please see the links below for our schedule, faculty mentors, UCSF Fresno policies, and international health resources.
Please check the website for the most up-to-date schedule. You may email Dr. Steve Stoltz at the address below to receive monthly reminder e-mails with updated time, subject, and location. All meetings are subject to change. Please don't forget to bring your UCSF Fresno ID for entry into the UCSF Fresno Center after hours.
