TOUR DESCRIPTION

Victorian Homes and Pacific Heights (4 hours)  $50
Group departs from hotel via deluxe mini-coach for a sightseeing and shopping trip in Pacific Heights and the Marina District of San Francisco. A portion of the tour will include a Victorian Homes walking tour. There will be time for shopping in the swank boutiques and upscale shops along Union Street. The tour will be lead by a Bay Magic professional tour guide who will be on hand to escort the group on their adventure, as well as provide informative and entertaining commentary along the way.

Chinatown Walking Tour (4 hours)  $65 (lunch included)
Upon departure from the hotel, the group will be taken into Chinatown for a walking tour that highlights the rich history of the most famous Chinatown in North America. There will be time for exploring and shopping in the multitude of authentic shops along the way. The tour will be lead by a Bay Magic professional tour guide who will provide enlightening information about the rich history of Chinatown and the many stories that are told by each alleyway, temple, shop and other buildings along the way. The tour includes a traditional Dim Sum lunch.

Highlights of San Francisco City Tour (4 hours)  $50
Still the most popular tour for most visitors to Northern California! This tour features all of the major highlights, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, Chinatown and North Beach, Union Square, Nob Hill and the Civic Center, Pacific Heights, the Castro, Golden Gate Park and the Haight-Ashbury. There will be plenty of fantastic views and lots of great photo opportunities.

Fisherman’s Wharf and Alcatraz (3.5 hours)  $70 (ferry tickets, admission to Alcatraz included)
Group will travel via motorcoach from the hotel to Pier 39/Fisherman’s Wharf and the Alcatraz ferry dock where they will board the ferry for Alcatraz. On-route to the Wharf, they will travel through Chinatown and North Beach, and the tour guide will provide entertaining historical commentary about some of the many sights and highlights along the way. Upon arrival at Alcatraz, the group will be lead up to the infamous cellhouse, for the self-guided audio tour. This is the tour that has been enjoyed by millions of visitors to San Francisco over the years, and includes some of the stories of the most famous inmates of the prison during the heyday of Alcatraz in the 1930’s and 40’s. They will view the cells of such notable inmates as Al Capone and the Birdman of Alcatraz as well as hear the story of the still-unsolved and thought-to-be only successful escape attempt from this maximum-security prison. After returning from the island, there will be free time for shopping and sightseeing or to grab a snack at Pier 39 before boarding the coaches for the return to the hotel.

Muir Woods and Sausalito (6 hours)  $65
This tour heads across the Golden Gate Bridge and into Marin County, home to some of California’s most exclusive neighborhoods. It continues north on Highway 1 into Muir Woods National Monument, and a visit to one of the most accessible groves of California’s famous coastal redwoods. After Muir Woods, the tour proceeds to the quaint bayside village of Sausalito for shopping and free time for lunch.

Wine Country (1-day)  $135 (full day, lunch and wine included)
Enjoy a spectacular day in the Wine Country as you are treated to behind-the-scenes tasting, private winery tours and a gourmet Wine Country “Al Fresco” luncheon served amid the splendor of lush vineyards and wine country elegance. Includes deluxe charter transportation, tour guide, all wine tasting and winery tours at 3-4 wineries and gourmet winery picnic luncheon.

Monterey Adventure (1-day)  $100 (full day, lunch and admission to aquarium included)
This tour includes some of the most spectacular coastal scenery in the world, with a visit to the renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium. Following the tour we will head to the historic 17-mile Drive in Pebble Beach, and finish the tour with free time in the village of Carmel. Tour includes transportation, tour guide, aquarium, 17-mile drive admission, and aquarium lunch vouchers.
