NEW APPLICATIONS OF ADHESION DENTISTRY
RAYMOND BERTOLOTTI, DDS

Learning adhesion and then trusting adhesion leads to easier, faster, more profitable and most important, better dentistry. Adhesion dentistry is low stress for the dentist and fun to provide! One exciting application of adhesion is cantilevered, bonded zirconia bridges, done with minimal to no tooth preparation. In a well documented study, clinical success was 100% at 10 years, if we count as successful the 5% which debonded and were successfully re-bonded. The debonds were mostly due to trauma. These bridges are often a perfect solution for missing lateral and central incisors.  (I just laugh when I hear from labs and dentists that “zirconia cannot be bonded”.

ARE FULL CROWNS OBSOLETE? YES! WHY AND HOW TO AVOID THEM”
JOSE LUIS RUIZ, DDS, FAGD

Full coverage crowns have been used in dentistry for over 100 years, they require considerable tooth removal and often subgingival margins, with all their adverse consequences and complexities. Learn how adhesive Minimally Invasive Supra-gingival dentistry makes crowns finally a thing of the past.
